Overview
EECL is a power and energy electronics specialized research center located on the main campus of Seoul National University. Various research area including motor control, wireless power transfer, high frequency converter, grid-connected converter and machine learning in power electronics are being covered at EECL. Most of the research results are published via international conferences and journals, and are implemented in products by collaboration with top-tier industrial partners.
Mission
EECL has been aimed for application-oriented research throughout power electronics. Theoretical analysis and simulated design are just stepping stones to highly implementable hardware, and final objective is in pursuit of perfection to let the results can be used directly in industrial application.
